The Process:

Several factory owners and small businesses partner with WON SHAKTI by providing raw materials or semi-finished products that require packing, labeling, compiling, or assembling. These materials are then distributed to registered women workers in their homes along with proper instructions and required tools.

Women are trained and guided in basic handling and quality checks. The final packed or compiled items are then collected by the NGO’s logistics team and returned to the respective factories or distributed in the market.

महिलाएं इस कार्य को निर्धारित समय में पूरा करके NGO को सौंप देती हैं, जो आगे इसे फैक्ट्री या बाजार में पहुँचाता है।
